ABC Recreation Ltd. warrants all products manufactured by Knill Fabrication Ltd. in the following manner:

• 10 Year Limited Warranty on recycled plastic against structural failure. Recycled plastic is further warranted not to rot, split, crack, or splinter during this period.
• 5 Year Limited Warranty against structural failure of all steel frames or cast aluminum components.
• 1 Year Limited Warranty on workmanship and/or manufacturing defects.

The warranty is valid only if the products have been assembled and installed per Knill Fabrication Ltd. standards. The products must also be properly maintained and inspected annually for warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover claims for items that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, vandalism or cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, or fading of colour). In addition, this warranty will not cover items that have been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than Knill Fabrication Ltd. A signed bill of lading is verification from our carrier that the shipment was received complete and in good condition. Once the shipment leaves our plant, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage occurring during transit.
